So I like bread. However, lately I’ve been annoyed at how much a loaf of good crusty bread costs these days. $5 for a boule? Are you crazy? It even pains me to pay $3.50 for the Safeway “Artisan” bread that gets trucked in frozen.
So not any more. I’m baking my own. Here’s the first loaf.
